Alabama Soil Food
Vermicompost
(WORM POOP!)
Alabama Soil Food is a soil amendment designed to improve soil structure while building deeper, stronger root systems, encouraging greener, healthier growth of all plants, flowers, shrubs and lawns.
Tests have shown that a
20%-40% mix
of vermicompost with your regular soil/potting soil is an effective blend.
More does not necessarily enhance performance.
A soil test is recommended to determine an exact mix ratio for maximum benefit.

Vermicompost Tea
Vermicompost (WORM POOP!) Tea
is a liquid soil additive that can be used in weekly
watering of plants or as a spray for lawns:
1qt per/1000 sq ft
It can also be used as a drench in a more concentrated mix:
1 pint per/100sq ft
Or as a foliar spray:
1 pint diluted with 1 gallon of water
Remember
*in order to enjoy the benefits of the
living microbes in your tea,
rainwater
is recommended
...if using tap water, allow it to sit for several hours before mixing with your tea in order to allow the chlorine to dissipate
